Ok, so it sounds like only Reports is misbehaving.  Your description 
reminds me of a very similar problem I had quite some time ago.  Can't 
remember the solution though.

Me too!  I've reported it and it seems it's a problem with a user's 
setup returning mail to the list.  They're following up.
