Vincent,

I think what you requested is well understood.  Unfortunately, it  
really does need a bigger effort that you think.  Changing anything the  
the ledger is not to be taken lightly, as there are already issues with  
the ledger making the window too large in certain circumstances.   
Adding a column needs more width, and not everyone has a large enough  
screen.  This means someone can't just add the column, it has to be  
optional, and that requires modifying other screens to be able to set  
or unset the option.

In order for it to be implemented, it needs to become the highest  
priority bug fix or enhancement for a developer with enough free time.   
I don't think there is anything wrong with your request - we just don't  
have enough developers with enough free time to do everything all the  
users want.

Thanks for using KMyMoney, and thanks for understanding how the FOSS  
development process works.
