Having the Regular Expressions updated automatically would be really useful.

I have tried adapting the suggestions by Allan and Jan, but I think the
format has changed between KMM 4.5.x and KMM 4.6 so the update didn't
work. Debian testing has updated a load of KDE packages to 4.6 recently so
I hope KMM will be updated soon (I'll report back here).
