[Kmymoney] Import from MoneyDance

Ok, upgraded KmyMoney to 4.6, and now everything imports much better.  
Still have to tinker with it to get it correct, but seems using the 
older version didn't import as nicely.  So this seems to be working 
better now!  Thanks!!!
