This was a standard update performed when I updated my KDE to the latest
stable version available in openSuse 11.4 KDE repo. The KDE update also
triggered the KMM update, IIRC the previous version was 4.5.2. I also tested
KMM 4.5.2 (installing the older version from OpenSuse 11.4 repos) and had
a similar resukt. KMM 4.5.2 "feels" faster that 4.5.3, but I didn't really
time it.

It's indeed the payee list - thus will wait for the next release/update.
