[Kmymoney] OFX import question

That seems to be a problem caused by KDE base libraries (resp. a newer version 
thereof). There have not been any changes in the code since the KDE3 days. 
Using Ctrl in combination with a mouse click is a workaround to keep the 
dialog open. I mention that, because there is no setting to control this 
behavior.
