Hmm, you can also find it at 
http://www.ofxhome.com/index.php/institution/view/449 . OK, you say, just 
another location, but it's the one that KMyMoney 4.6.0 uses for online access. 
So if you have that version, start mapping your KMM account to an online 
account, then use KMyMoney OFX and select "fidelity investments" you should 
see all the required information.

Anyway, I am glad that you're a happy camper now.
