[Kmymoney] Kmm 4.6.0 in Claydoh ppa

I would just like to say that I installed KMM 4.6 from Claydohs ppa last
night.
Kudos to the team for such a good release - I have noted a decent speed
increase - the program appears to be rather snappier. Furthermore, the issue
I had with the payee list taking a long time to respond making it virtually
impossible to make changes has now completely gone so I am very happy now.
