As an alternative, firstly, create the credit card account manually.
Then remove the whole of the opening balance statement, but leaving
the !Type:CCard, and immediately below that, the first proper
transaction.

On import, you will be asked for the account into which to import.
this way too works correctly on the old rev.

Using the !Account just automates the account creation.

So there looks to have been a problem affecting the opening balance
transaction.  I'm just now wondering if this works correctly now because
of a patch I made some weeks ago, to do with failing to find the parent
account when a sub-account is encountered.
