To be honest, I had a quick glimpse at the file, did not spot any obvious 
problem and since then did not find any time for further investigations (if 
only the day had more than 24 hrs).

I hope to find some time over the weekend to take a look. It won't hurt to 
keep the new (faulty) file in case I need it.
