All the links work for me, except: Visit our website, and See what's new in
this version.  (Version compiled from master branch a week or two ago.)    If
"Open the handbook ..." works for you then I assume KHelpCenter is installed,
which I was going to suggest you check.  I'm not sure of the process which
actually opens those action links.
