DESCRIPTION

Providers of online data sources may require identity information to retrieve
online quotes, such as morningstar.com; see 
https://developer-beta.morningstar.com/direct-web-services/documentation/api-reference/time-series/overview

Currently, this information can only be provided by adding additional URL
parameters; it cannot be provided using additional HTTP headers. This should be
expanded to allow the use of such providers as well.

OBSERVED RESULT
The website states that an additional http header is required to get online
quotes

EXPECTED RESULT
alkimia should have support for using such identity information


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. The sources for online offers must be expanded to specify the type and
structure of the requested identity data.
2. An option  to enter identity information must be added to the ui for the
relevant sources.
3. Identity information must be added when retrieving online quotes.
