Use monetary separators in the amount calculator

AmountEdit and MyMoneyMoney format amounts according to LC_MONETARY,
while KMyMoneyCalculator used the default QLocale, which follows
LC_NUMERIC.

When the two locale categories use different separators, for example
LC_NUMERIC=C and LC_MONETARY=fr_FR.UTF-8, the calculator removes the
decimal comma from an initial amount as if it were a thousands
separator. An amount such as 12,50 is therefore calculated as 1250.

Use the decimal and thousands separators already detected by
MyMoneyMoney for the calculator display, initial operand and pasted
values. This keeps the calculator consistent with the AmountEdit field
that provides and receives its values.
