Skip finished schedules when matching imported transactions

Add an early skip for finished schedules in
ScheduledTransactionMatchFinder::findMatchInMatchCandidatesList() so
that MyMoneySchedule::isFinished() candidates are no longer evaluated
as potential matches.

Add a regression test, testScheduleMismatch_finished(), which sets up
a schedule whose end date and last payment are in the past, confirms
the schedule reports isFinished() == true, and verifies that an
imported transaction posted on the (stale) next due date yields
MatchNotFound.
