Add configurable investment performance columns

This commit adds the ability to select individual columns in
performance reports.
To this purpose, `eMoney::Report::QueryColumns` has been
extended to include additional values. The previously
supported value `eMoney::Report::QueryColumns::Performance`
is used to indicate all available columns in a performance
report.

The additional settings dialog is implemented by the
“ReportTabRowColPerformance” class.
