DESCRIPTION
Wrong or unclear value in the configuration tab of the report "Performance des
placements par Compte (= Investment Performance by Account)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the report and click on the button Configure a report.
2. Select the tab Reports
3. Consider the line  "Placements" (= Investments)

OBSERVED RESULT
The line "Placements" (= Investments) displays a selection list. The first
value is, in the French translation,  "A partir de" (= From).
But there is no information about from what the report will be computed and
there is no way to specify an additional date or anything else to precise that
"what".
Selecting this value seems to exclude shares that have been solved some months
or years ago. But it does not exclude shares that have been sold recently.
So, it is unclear and some explanations should be added (and an accurate French
translation) should be added to the considered selection value.

EXPECTED RESULT
Replace the selection value by "Placements possédés durant l'année en cours" (=
"Investments owned during the current year")
