1. Should this behavior be applied in the same way to the Split Editor? This
would mean that whenever a category or amount is changed in a split, the
corresponding tax split must be created, updated or removed on the fly.

2. What types of entries should be supported? The following are conceivable: 

- simple entries
- true split entries
- multiple taxable categories
- tax-exempt categories
- mixed VAT rates
- multiple VAT accounts
- net/gross mix
