I must have clicked something accidentally because you're totally correct: you
*can* chose a field more than once if the other use is for the Memo field.

Still, I think having to chose a Payee should be dropped; in my case at some of
the CSVs imported from banks actually do not have a column that would be
applicable.  I'll re-purpose this bug report to make that point.
