DESCRIPTION
Opening the appended test case with kmymoney version 5.2.2  shows incorrect
budget values.

How to reproduce ?
1. Download kmymoney from https://kmymoney.org/download.html
3. start kmymoney
3. load appended file
4. open report "Individual Budget - yearly ticks" or "Individual Budgeted vs.
Actual - yearly ticks"

What happens ?
There are yearly budgets defined with a sum of 220 € per anno, but the report
shows a budget of 65 € only.

What is expected ? 
The report should show the correct budget of 220 €
