This is most likely an upstream problem. It might be better addressed at
aqbanking-user at mailman.aqbanking.de (you can write in German to this list). The
latest version of AqBanking btw. is 6.9.1 which should find its way into the
package. You may also check

if there are any specific issues with your bank.
