[kmymoney] [Bug 516652] With fiscal year starting on 6th April, the Yearly Budget report has incorrect amounts in each month

Yes, after creating this report on another host, I was also able to make the
budget start in April. I'm not sure how I created it differently on the other
host, but maybe I can reproduce it. 

If you set the report to start on January 1, 2026, it shows the expected values
for the budget starting in April:

shows the reason for the different values: The report only starts in February,
so the first month (in this case January) is omitted.
