SUMMARY
I updated from 5.1.3 to 5.2.1 flatpak version. I now have some consistencies
errors notified. They are about old transactions in closed accounts in closed
institutions. When I try to reopen the closed account, I can't find it in the
account nor institution views eventhough I can access its ledger. I have
unchecked all "hide closed" options I could find but still the same result.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to institution : cannot see the list of closed accounts under their
institution
2. Cannot reactivate the institution (no option)
3. Go to accounts menu, the closed account is not visible

OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot find the closed account anaywhere to reopen it. Ledger transactions are
visible via the "find" feature.

EXPECTED RESULT
Visibility of closed accounts and feature to reactivate them.
