Minimal test case iwith performance by Account report

Using the same dataset and account tree:

Assets
 ├─ Shares (BHP)
 ├─ Shares (RIO)
 └─ Shares (Brokerage)

Transactions by Category applies account filters correctly.

However, Investment Performance by Account ignores account filters entirely.

Steps:
1. Run Investment Performance by Account (BHP + RIO)
2. Run Investment Performance by Account (RIO only)

Actual result:
Both reports are identical and include BHP + RIO.

Expected:
Filtered report must contain only Shares (RIO).

Conclusion:
Account filtering is not applied in the Investment Performance report pipeline.
