With the information available, it is not possible to reproduce the problem, as
it may depend on the printer, printer driver, and print settings. 

In general, it can help with such problems to print the report to a PDF file
and then send this to the printer.

If the problem persists and cannot be solved with the intermediate step of the
PDF file, please submit more detailed information so that we can investigate
further.
