I'm not certain (take a backup before editing the file by hand), but I think
you need to look at the SPLIT elements under the transaction.  
There is a reconcileflag attribute which I think is set to "3" for frozen. 
Other legal values are "0" for Not Reconciled, "1" for Cleared and "2" for
Reconciled.
