Did you try Alt-Enter? Another option is under "SettingsConfigure KMyMoney"
select the Ledger icon on the left, "Data Entry" tab - "Use Enter to move
between fields."  If you Uncheck this, plain enter will add a new line in the
Memo field, but you will need to explicitly check the "Enter" button to save
changes if you are in any field where Enter would create a new line.  In other
fields, Enter will still save the transaction.
