To me, this seems more a translation issue as the original headers are Increase
(augmentation) and Decrease (baisse).  I try to add the french translation team
to it.

My french is pretty rusty these days, so please excuse if these terms are not
really matching and there are better ones. Certainly, Dépense and Recette do
not match from MPOV and explain your bug entry.
