problem with tax report - sample file attached

Attached is a pared down sample file.  If you run the Tax Report by  
Category last Fiscal Year, it shows one transaction.  If you click the  
link for that transaction, it shows the ledger with 18 transactions for  
the same category.  If you configure the report and uncheck the  
"include only tax categories" the report then shows all 18 transactions  
- but all for the same category.  Am I missing something?

Separate question - the same 18 transactions show up in the ledger for  
both the Investment account and the Brokerage account - which makes  
sense, as these are dividend transactons.  Each has a split for the  
brokerage account, the security account, and the category.  They do not  
explicitly show a split for the Investment account.  Are they showing  
up in that ledger just because the security account is a subaccount of  
the investment account?  No problem with this, it just took me by  
surprise for a moment.
