SUMMARY
Not able to edit transaction conversion rate for each transaction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create transaction from account with different currencies
2. tap status - it will suggest to specify conversion rate
3. next time when you do same you will not be able to choose

Revolut for example changes rate every 3-5 seconds. It is varying thought the
day.
Each bank institution might have different exchange rate every day.

OBSERVED RESULT
No able to specify transaction rate further
