Fix bug not using the desired transaction status in reconciliation mode

Setting the current index directly in the status combo box does
not work, because it will be overwritten later in
LedgerFilter::setComboBox(). Instead, the status must be set
in the internal status filter. To do this, the initialization of
the status filter must be moved to the constructors.
