It would be good if someone would clarify in the bug title exactly what the
problem is/what changed.  As I read the comments, it is that within the
Reconciliation Wizard, the status select dropdown is disabled and forced to Not
Reconciled.  I believe this was done as part of the recent changes to the
Reconciliation process.  Why would seeing reconciled transactions help during
reconciliation?  The status dropdown in the ledger when not in the
Reconciliation Wizard has not changed (I'm asking for confirmation.)
