SUMMARY
This is a regression from stable branch: when pressing a + button in Ledgers
view, the account-selection pop-up drop-down list selector is not in focus,
requiring manual intervention with mouse cursor. 

Additionally, it would be nice to be able to define a keyboard shortcut to
assign to + sign, e.g. Ctrl+T, which a typical user associates with opening up
a new tab. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Ledgers view
2. Press + sign

OBSERVED RESULT
Pop-up widget is out of focus

EXPECTED RESULT
Pop-up widget should be in focus, allowing to immediately type with keyboard to
choose an account to open.
