problem with tax report

I would start with the last option (copy the pieces that cause the issue).
Then you would need to add the ACCOUNTS section with the top level accounts
and the ones that are referenced by the transactions. Keep IDs as they are.
Include the report that you are using in case it is not a standard one.
Remove any references to objects not contained in the file.
