SUMMARY
The Network Report does not include a column showing the total change. This
would be helpful in assessing the growth of the users' net worth without having
to extract to LibreCalc. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a book in KmyMoney
2. Go to the reports, specifically the Networth report. 


OBSERVED RESULT
Networth report does not show the calculated growth. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Net worth report should show the calculated growth (increase or decrease)
