Alkimia/KMyMoney: Release and string freeze

Hi all,

I have created the branches

  alkimia/8.2 and
  kmymoney/5.2

for their upcoming Qt5 stable release and hereby also
announce an immediate string freeze for both branches.
The i18n.json metadata is also updated to use these
branches.

Since a lot of strings have been changed and also
the documentation is updated in large parts, we provide
a longer string freeze until June 20th. The release 
packaging will happen on the weekend after.

@Luigi/@Albert: please update the necessary i18n files.

Thank you for your ongoing translation work to make
this long overdue release a success.
