STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch kmymoney using an existing file 
2. Try to click any of the "Favorite Reports", no response
3. No "Reports" option in the side ribbon

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to create or access reports

EXPECTED RESULT
usable reports
