I'm sure I responded about this earlier, but I don't see my above, so perhaps I
used email and my message was not accepted.  Looking in the po (translation
file) "Nouveau virement" is the translation for "New credit transfer."  This is
NOT simply a transfer transaction between two accounts.  It is something
specific for accounts which have been mapped to online accounts, and such
transactions are seen in the Online View, not in a regular ledger.  That is why
you saw the pop-up about online banking.
What you want is simply "New transaction" and you select the other account in
the "Category" dropdown.
