Brendan,

Just a quick suggestion, which may or  may not help.  Have you looked  
at the Handbook with the master version?  I simply don't recall whether  
I added any significant information to that section or not.

The other thing to try is to use Woob from command line.  That will at  
least confirm what woob itself is properly installed and fully  
functional.  If it works directly, then at least we know the problem is  
likely with the KMM woob python plugin.

A final point is that during the brief period when I was playing with  
woob, I didn't find any modules available for any of my banks, and I  
have no idea how hard/easy it is to create one.
