SUMMARY

When creating or customizing reports it is no longer possible to configure the
Data Range parameters.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Reports and Open the default Net Worth graph report (or similar
report. Problem is common to all reports I've looked at)
2. Click New Report
3. Click the "Report" and then "Range" tabs
4. Under Data Range -> Range, click the drop-down menu and select "User
Defined".

OBSERVED RESULT
With the exception of "Labels precision", all the parameter fields are
disabled.

It should be possible to modify the "From", "To", "Major tick length", etc,
parameters.
