Latest AppImage and Windows builds from KDE CI

Since KDE sysadmin has updated the CI infrastructure lately and
among others moved from a docker based environment to a VM based
one, all KMyMoney AppImage and Windows builds are now based on
KF6/Qt6. I spent the last days to make the needed adjustments to
the code while still maintaining backward compatibility.

The same applies for the Alkimia library that brings us the
code for all math operations and exchange rate and stock price
downloads.

We know about one or two issues on Qt6. The most prominent is the
broken tabbed mode of the main view. I have still no idea what
causes it, which could be a change in KF6 or even Qt6. This will
take some time to be fixed.

On the MacOS front we are still looking for folks that own the
equipment to build KMyMoney and are willing to modify the
craft blueprints so that they are working again. Support of
the KMyMoney as well the wider KDE community is certainly
available, so there is no reason to hide behind the curtain.
