submit scheduled transaction

SUMMARY
Scheduled transaction is no longer able to change the assigned account.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Schedule a transaction
2. Enter the scheduled transaction to the books
3. In the pop-up window change the assigned account from step 1 to a different
account. 

OBSERVED RESULT
In the pop-up window to submit my scheduled transaction I'm no longer able to
change the assigned account that was associated with the scheduled transaction.
In version 5.2 this option is removed.

EXPECTED RESULT
The option to change the account that I set up with the schedule to any
different account of my choosing.
