Despite selecting "convert values to base currencies" the report does not
convert anything, but displays and adds up all the different currencies.

Just add a few accounts with a few currencies and make a few transactions and
see the horror in the balance sheet. In accordance to which I am
multi-millionaire, because it takes the face values of currencies without
adapting any conversation.

What a shock once again with this tool!

Absolutely stunning that even a simple balance sheet in an accounting software
is wrong! 
kMyMoney instead of titling itself "the Best money manager" should write that
this is experimental, faulty and at best in a beta stadium.
