I have been a happy kmymoney user for about 10 years now.  Due to many life
changes in that time, I have a number of old categories in my database that
will probably never be used again in a new transaction.

I would like to be able to mark these categories as disabled or hidden so they
no longer appear as options when filling the Category field in the transaction
editor.

There are many old transactions in my database using these categories, so I
don't think just deleting them is an option.
