institution list

SUMMARY
This is a feature request.
When editing an account, would it be possible to sort institution by name ?

Another comment : I am not sure that it is relevant to show in this list
"hidden" Institution (=Institution that are not usually shown because they
contain only closed accounts).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit an account 
2. In the Institution tab, try to pick an Institution in the list

OBSERVED RESULT
the list of Institution is not in alphabetical order


EXPECTED RESULT
the list of Institution shown in alphabetical order
