            Bug ID: 508529
Summary: Sorting Difference Between Equities and Securities
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kmymoney
      Version First git (master)
       Reported In:
          Platform: Compiled Sources
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kmymoney-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: KDE at Coupe7.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Fedora 42, compiled from source, both 5.2 and master branches.

I add [SYMBOL] to the beginning of the names of all stocks that I purchase so
that they appear together and at the top of my list of investments. I have well
over 100 CD purchases that clutter up the list so this helps me easily find the
stocks that I own.

In the Equities sub tab of the Investments tab, this works perfectly.

In the Securities sub tab of the Investments tab, they are all at the bottom of
the list.

It appears that a different sorting criteria is used and I prefer Securities
sorted the same way as the Equities.
