This note was posted to the Gentoo bug for stabilizing 5.2.1.
-----
since today upgrade to version app-office/kmymoney-5.2.1 online banking
with hbci (gwenhywfar/aqbanking) no longer works (option greyed out)
and terminal log autput states:
"kf.coreaddons: The plugin
"/usr/lib64/qt6/plugins/kmymoney_plugins/konlinetasks_sepa.so"
explicitly states an Id in the embedded metadata, which is different
from the one derived from the filename The Id field from the KPlugin
object in the metadata should be removed"

[btw - using app-office/skrooge hbci is still functional]
-----

Posting here in case anyone has a clue whether it's a packaging issue
or something else. I don't use kbanking so I can't test.

It turns out the reporter omitted some details but I am able to
reproduce this on my Gentoo. There are no build errors.

At runtime, there are lots of messages (even in 5.2.0, so not really
new, and apparently for most or all plugins) like:
kf.coreaddons: The plugin
"/usr/lib/qt6/plugins/kmymoney_plugins/onlinejoboutboxview.so"
explicitly states an 'Id' in the embedded metadata. This value should
be removed, the resulting pluginId will not be affected by it
All plugins seem to load OK.
However, the message for konlinetasks_sepa.so does not include that
last part about not being affected, so there is something different
there.

He has not said specifically which menu item is disabled, but I am
guessing it is something specific for sepa transfers.

Any thoughts?
