I tried hard to duplicate it with Breeze dark on stock openSUSE Leap 15.6
running with X11. It looks perfectly OK to me. The selection to show the
transaction form should not make a difference, as it is hidden as soon as you
open an editor. How does the editor look like when you edit an existing
transaction?
