Import Qfx creates duplicate Payee

I Have payee already in list as "Chase Prime" which already has a category
"Credit Card". When importing qfx it creates another duplicate instance of 
"Chase Prime" but shows no category for it treats it as a new entry.
        Have also in same import have a positive and a negative transaction
which should be negative
If I delete either, it deletes both
