bnbunch - for future reference, when you reply to a bug by email, please trim
everything from your message except your actual reply.  Your entire message
becomes the next comment in the bug, and all the extra quoted material makes it
hard to follow the discussion.  Also, please never send HTML to a bug - it just
ends up being turned into an attachment.  Please configure your email software
to send plain text only, or else reply at bugs.kde.org.  Thanks for
understanding.
Separately, please consider editing the title of the bug to something more
specific to your problem.
Finally, is everything working for you now?  If so, we can close the bug,
although I'm not quite sure what resolution to use.
