I'm sorry if it wasn't clear enough, but this patch is not yet available in the
5.1 branch, so you will continue to see the problem in 5.1.3 and even the
nightly build from the 5.1 branch.  It is only available in master branch,
which will eventually be released as 5.2, but there is not yet a specific
timeline for this.
